Albert responded, informing Johnson that the bill was pending in subcommittee and that he would be happy to assist Johnson's attorney, Sidney A. Martin, during his visit to Washington. Johnson also sent a telegram to Congressman Tobey Morris, highlighting the importance of encouraging development of potential oil fields in mountain states.";
