- Mrs. Eubanks wrote a letter inquiring about heirship payments from the Five Civilized Tribes Agency, Muskogee. The response from Carl Albert, M.C. stated that heirs not on the rolls of the Chickasaw and Choctaw Tribes are not eligible for payments. It was also mentioned that hiring an attorney would not be beneficial as the rolls cannot be reopened to add additional names.
