Bartlett wrote to Dr. Emery A. Johnson, Director of Indian Health Services, regarding a complaint from Mrs. Elizabeth Reeder of Oklahoma City. Mrs. Reeder believes she has been discriminated against and unfairly treated by the Indian Health Area Office in Oklahoma City. She filed a formal complaint in 1971 and has since been turned down for multiple job opportunities within the office. She believes she is on a blacklist due to unfair practices and nepotism within the office. She has requested a formal hearing to address her concerns.</dc:description></oai_dc:dc>
