- The Works Progress Administration in Oklahoma approved a project to construct a Home Economics Building in Okfuskee County for School District #53. The project includes building retaining walls, grading, landscaping, and operating stone quarries to produce materials. No Federal funds will be used for royalties or rentals on quarry property not owned by the sponsor. The project was approved on April 27, 1938.
