- This is a summons in a civil action filed by the National Indian Youth Council against Rogers Morton, Louis R. Bruce, James Hawkins, and Daniel Sahmaunt. The plaintiffs allege violations of their right to due process of law under the Fifth Amendment and seek injunctive relief and damages.
