  <http://purl.org/dc/terms/description> "Marty Pyron, the manager of Farmers Co-Op Association, wrote a letter to Honorable  Glenn English expressing strong opposition to the proposal by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration to establish a 4 milligram per cubic meter exposure level for wheat, oat, and barley dust. Pyron argued that there is inadequate scientific data to support this proposal, and it would be technically infeasible and costly for grain facilities to comply. He urged OSHA to delete the permissible exposure limit for these dusts in its proposal. English responded, stating that he shared Pyron's concerns and had made his reservations known to OSHA. He assured Pyron that he would keep his thoughts in mind should the House of Representatives vote on the matter.";
