- The Otoe-Missouria Tribe in Red Rock, Oklahoma is requesting Senator Fred R. Harris and Senator A. S. Mike Monroney to help restore the Extension Service of Agriculture and Home Economics for Indians, which has been abruptly ended. The services provided by the Home Demonstration Agent have been beneficial to the community, including organizing 4-H Club work, arts and crafts instruction, cooking and dressmaking lessons, and promoting events such as an annual dress review and Indian Fair.
