- The document contains biographical information on Marion Frank Keel, the first American Indian to participate in the State Department's Foreign Affairs Scholars program. Keel, from Lawton, Oklahoma, was born in 1946 and graduated from Lawton High School. He has attended Cameron State and Southwestern State College, and will be a senior in modern languages this year at Oklahoma College of Liberal Arts, Chickasha. The Lawton youth said he has learned much during his summer in Washington, and may enter the foreign service after he completes college.
