The State Superintendent of Education in Oklahoma is urging Congressman George Schwabe to support Senate Bill 1080, which has been amended to allow states to appoint administrators, directors, supervisors, and teachers necessary to carry out the provisions of the Act. The Superintendent has consulted with educators in the state and is willing to provide any information that may be helpful in gaining support for the Bill in the House.
