The secretary informs Mr. Boswell that a college professor from Oklahoma has also filed a similar protest with Representative George B. Schwabe. Copies of the professor's letter were sent to President Truman and the War Department. The secretary also encloses a copy of Public Law 54 for Mr. Boswell's information. The document will be brought to the attention of Mr. Schwabe upon his return to Washington.";
