The Department does not see a need for a delegation at this time and believes that the Principal Chiefs should represent the tribe. Superintendent Landman will attend a meeting on March 20 in Durant, and if necessary, further consideration will be given to sending a delegation. Approval from the Commissioner of Indian Affairs is required for any delegation paid from tribal funds. Colbert is advised to discuss the matter with Superintendent Landman.
