<dcterms:description>The document is a series of letters regarding the Osage Civilization bill, with discussions on the proposed measure, interest rates, counterclaims, and the involvement of various parties such as the Osage Tribe, Congressman Disney, Senator Thomas, and Attorney F.M. Goodwin. There is a focus on the need for the bill to provide for interest on delayed payments to the Osages, as supported by a recent Supreme Court decision. The documents also mention the potential for delays in obtaining a report from the Interior Department and the importance of introducing the bill to move the issue forward.</dcterms:description>

<dcterms:description>The document discusses the Indian Claims bill and the need for a fair way to handle Indian claims. The writer, George B. Schwabe, expresses support for a tribunal to hear and pass upon claims, as endorsed by both major political parties. He acknowledges the challenges in determining which Indians or tribes are entitled to the money and seeks input on alternative solutions. Schwabe emphasizes the importance of fair dealing between the Indians and the United States and the need to prevent grafting by unscrupulous lawyers and promoters.</dcterms:description>

<dcterms:description>Federal funds have been approved for the Chickasaw Housing Authority to build more prefabricated homes for Indians on their land. The homes are either three or four bedrooms and recipients must contribute "sweat labor" towards construction. The homes are bought on a lease-purchase agreement and the federal government covers the difference between the cost to build and what the Indian pays. Approval has also been given to construct an additional 1,000 units in Oklahoma, with 300 of them being built in the Ada-Byng area. The tribe has also received a grant to train personnel for the Chickasaw Motor Inn in Sulphur.</dcterms:description>

<dcterms:description>The document discusses a conflict between Mr. Oliver and Mr. Cobble regarding septic tank specifications. Mr. Oliver accused Mr. Cobble of providing undersized tanks and poor construction practices. Mr. Cobble defended himself, stating that Oliver and Parrish had no right to measure his tanks without permission. The Project Engineer measured the tank and found it to be within specifications. Mr. Oliver went to the Area Office to seek assistance in resolving the issue, which the Project Engineer believed was inappropriate. Mr. Oliver also met with the Service Unit Director to discuss Carl Albert the discrepancies. The Project Engineer decided to have construction inspectors measure every tank provided to ensure compliance with specifications.</dcterms:description>
